Foundation Flow (Foundation) - weekly

Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates or returning to movement, Foundation Flow introduces you to the fundamentals of Reformer practice in a calm, supportive setting. You’ll learn how to move with control, connect to your breath, and build confidence in your technique all while strengthening and lengthening the body.

Our instructors offer personalised guidance and options throughout, ensuring you feel comfortable yet challenged at your own pace. This class is the ideal place to start your Flow journey and create a strong foundation for future progression.

Find Your Flow (Progressive) - weekly

A progressive, flowing class designed for those ready to take their Reformer practice to the next level. Find Your Flow builds on the foundations, introducing more dynamic sequences, layered movements, and creative transitions to challenge both strength and control.

With an emphasis on fluidity and precision, this intermediate-level class encourages you to explore your limits while maintaining mindful awareness and alignment. Expect to move with intention, build confidence, and truly find your flow.

Wellness Flow (Mindfulness) - periodically

A deeply restorative Reformer experience that blends mindful movement, relaxation, and self-connection. Wellness Flow invites you to slow down and move with intention - combining gentle, flowing Reformer sequences with grounding breathwork, soft candlelight, and soothing crystal energy.

Each session concludes with a guided meditation, leaving you balanced, calm, and reconnected - body, mind, and soul. Offered periodically, this class is the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and nurture your inner flow.

Full Body Flow (All Levels) - weekly

A balanced, energising class designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body. Full Body Flow offers dynamic, full-body movement that challenges stability, control, and coordination all while keeping flow and form at the heart of every exercise.

Suitable for all levels, this class provides a variety of options to meet you where you are, with space to progress at your own pace. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to your body.

Fit Flow (HITT) - periodically

An energising, high-intensity Reformer class designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your strength, stamina, and control. Fit Flow combines dynamic Reformer sequences with powerful, athletic movement for a full-body workout that builds endurance and tones from head to toe.

Expect to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling strong and accomplished. This class runs periodically - perfect for those looking to test their limits and add variety to their Flow routine.
